How do you all take your lunch to work? What sort of containers/bags do you use?

I end up taking leftovers to work and more often than not, it is either a thermos or a flat pyrex lunch-box. The thermos and water bottle fit in my regular laptop bag but the lunch-box needs to be carried separately and I need ideas.
