I felt like this was very powerful.
Physical therapy has already brought me a lot of improvement, gradually, over the past five months (for a fractured humerus/shoulder). About two weeks ago, I started doing acupuncture with someone who came highly recommended for his success in treating sports injuries. In two sessions, it loosened my shoulder joint dramatically.
The first pic shows what my physical therapist as well as orthopedic doc had told me how high I'd expect to be able to raise my injured arm laterally by the end of treatment--to about nine or ten o' clock.
Yesterday I showed my PT how I can raise the arm completely vertically. Its range is no different than the right arm. His jaw practically dropped to the floor. He gave me a big hug. I felt very emotional.
I am not saying that doctors are wrong or should never be listened to. I did ask the PT how they reach these conclusions beforehand (he didn't really have an answer).
I plan on getting back to, if not 100%, then at least 99%.
