thanks to Amy and Iris I bought a book about sewing and learned how to hem. So my first project was to take my royal blue dress, and add about 14 cm length to it.

I am thrilled at how it turned out and how lovely it is to sit down and not show my entire thigh now!
Votes for the shoes? Both are tolerable height for me, the blue are all day shoes and the green are probably a bit less. One for dressy and one for casual?
Do you gals like it better this way? Any choice of shoes? The girls here 10 and 13, have voted for green!
