I realized that hubby and I have been too busy to cook recently. We are eating out a lot or ordering take-out. It is hurting our budget and our health. I am looking into those meal plans that allow you to prep/cook/freeze once and eat for the next two weeks/a month. Do you have any experience with those? Can you recommend a good plan/website/cookbook? We are more interested in plans that are heavy on vegetables, beans, grains than on meat products.
