I recently pulled my groin and have been told I shouldn't do any exercise with my legs for at least a week. This is making it really difficult for me to go to the gym. I have been using the hand bike, but that's the only thing I cardio I can think to do. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I am lifting weights for my arms and doing ab work as well, but I would like to get some cardio in. I have been told I can't even walk briskly or swim.
