I'd especially welcome comments from Rute of course, but anyone who's been to Portugal as well.

I'm going to Portugal in less than 2 weeks, just for fun. We'll be there for a week. We're planning to go to Lisbon, Porto, and the Alentejo region, and probably explore some areas around Lisbon/Porto (the Douro river valley looks AMAZING). Any particular suggestions there?

Also, what's the weather going to be like in mid June? How do you recommend dressing?
