OT, Nails: What are your favourite spring colours?

I would post a WIW, but what I am wearing is a repeat (printed tie-neck blouse, black pants). I am still wearing the mani-pedi I did on Friday though, which is miraculously chip free, and jazzes things up a bit.

What nail colours are you all loving for spring? I have been wearing cremes in pastel and mid tones for the past year or so and think I am ready for some bright jellies.

Also, for the Seche Vite users, do you refresh your topcoat after a few days? If so, what top coat do you layer over SV? I've read that a second coat of it is bad news.

Orange would be super pretty....if I wore nailpolish...Maybe my toes.

I have orange toes right now. I primarily like brights and nudes.

Last year, I enjoyed a bright pinky-orange on my toenails.

What a cute little pooch!

I am loving OPI's "Gone Gonzo!" right now for my toes -- it's a sparkly blue I have layered over a pale blue. I usually just have Essie "Mademoiselle" on my fingers, very neutral.

I have Loreal Ragin' Cajun (420) on my toes right now. It's a bright coral and seems to go with all of my summer clothes. I love it!

I am pretty boring and not season appropriate: on my toenails I currently have OPI "I am not really a waitress" a deep sparkly red, while on my fingernails I always wear clear polish only. The choice of deep red came as at this time my toes are only visible when I go out at night, where I often end up wearing something black with a touch of red.

I'm really boring, I wear clear or nude on my fingers, and red or pinky red on my toes. But I'm taking notes so next time I have my nails done I will be more prepared to pick a fun and pretty color.

It is still quite cold here so my toes are deep purple. I really like a bright coral or watermelon color for spring and summer.

I like bright nails like hot pink and firey red on my nails.

This is the one place I like spring's creamy pastels. However, since I only do my toes I will probably do a deep brown/red/purply shade until it actually is hot here (it still feels like winter some days atm, and we are all glow-in-the-dark white on our legs still here) and then switch to an orange and a coral.

I have teal on my toes (a first for me). Essie's Go Overboard chosen by DH and DD. It is fun. I usually do a gray or berry on toes.
MY nails are so super short right now that I have clear strengthener on them Yours look nice!

I'm LOVING mint green! I got one from ChinaGlaze and love it. I've never put a second coat of SV on, so I'm no help with that.

I rarely bother with finger nails as it chips too quick on me. I love painted toes for the warmer weather I currently have a bright coral on my toes I also love mint x

I usually have an OPI colour, but today, at the salon had OPI Nail Envy clear gloss applied.

I love reds, pinks and mauves.

I prefer light nude pink shades on fingers (when not clear) but have nothing at the moment. I like to live it up on toes and am currently sporting a Kermit the Green color (Zoya Midori) - I wanted something minty like yours but all I had was this. I just ordered a nice dark blue (Essie Bobbing for Baubles) to go with my preppy summer navy, red, khaki combos. Last summer I was trying to find an irredescent pearly yellow (like the inside of a shell) but had to layer my own. It was nice.
I also am building my orange arsenal. I just wish I had a personal pedicurist cause I never get time to change them out much.

I wear my lightest, brightest shades in the spring (deeper, darker shades in fall). This year I'm wearing more glitter and jelly shades! I use SV as my top coat and find I do not need to refresh; I also usually only leave my polish on 4 days or so
