Since the beggining of this year I have decided to spend more time with me!
I now take time to go daily to the gym and eat better.
On the gym they weight each month and control our body fat %.
I was 13 pounds overweight (not much but to a petite like me it makes such a difference!), but my body fat % was high. Yesterday they told me I have lost the 13 pounds and reached the body fat % ideal and.. oh.. that felt so good!
I feel better, I have more energy, I'm really proud of myself.
Now starts the most difficult part: To mantain!
