Oh yeah. My dog's name is Boo (middle name: Radley).
We call him: Booboo, Boo-bean, Bean, The Bean, Beanie, Beanly Manning, Sugarbean, Sugarbanana, Bananapants, Booey, Booeyduck (rhymes with geoduck), Duckie, Badger, Piglet, Mr. Pit (for when his pit-bull shows), Colonel Arthur Radley, etc. My current favorite is Beanly Manning. That's Boo's mild-mannered alter ego (named after a law school professor); the supervillain is Mr. Pit. We are apparently big fans of nicknames.
My parents' dog is named Killer, aka KC/Casey (first family that had him named him Killer; their last initial was C, and the "mom" of his family preferred to call him KC/Casey). We call him Killy, Killer-diller, Quesadiller, Killerface, Kill-killee (very Irish sounding), Pup, etc. My little brother has perhaps a dozen other names that I can't think of off the top of my head.
