The comments on my dress-up post last week, plus some additional googling, led me to realize that I do seem to have a bit of a sway back posture. I don't have any problems with chronic back pain so it had never occurred to me that there was a potential issue. But in looking at the photos I posted I can see that at least part of the reason why my belly sticks out so much (other than the fact that I'm about twice the woman I'd like to be) is that I really tilt my pelvis forward a lot, which also explains why my waist seems to be tilted forward so much. If I stand with my back a little straighter my waist magically seems becomes more level.

Anyway, long story short, I've decided that I will try some strengthening exercises for a bit to see if I can improve my posture. The main thing seems to be stretching the hip flexors and improving general core strength, according to Dr. Google. A few people have mentioned that they also have this issue -- have you tried any exercises to help correct it? Do you have any favorites that seem to have helped?
