Ask Greg -OT downloading photos from internal camera memory

I usually download my photos using the SD card, however I have a number which for some reason went on the camera's internal memory.

Does anyone know how to access them?

The advice I found on the net said to go to review mode, then hit menu and copy, but I can't seem to get this to work to copy FROM the internal memory

Your right about not being able to copy from the internal memory to the SD card I've just found that out but you can vice versa weird!!
Do you copy the photos onto your computer first? When I just plugged mine in it copied across the new photos on the internal memory and the ones on the SD card x

anne, I don't know this camera, but it may be that you have to change the settings to use the internal memory by default BEFORE you follow the procedure for copying.

Think I got it!
Assuming your computer works the same as mine
Open computer on the desk top
locate the camera on the portable devices
When the camera opens there are 2 heading fixed storage and removable storage my photos are under fixed storage they can be copied and pasted across or uploaded dirct to YLF from the upload photo page Hope that makes sense it does in my head!! x

I also didn't realise that I can upload direct from my camera to YLF you learn something new everyday!!! x

I replied to this earlier but can't see it.

Anyway thanks Louise for working this out. I feared this might be the case, and wonder where on earth the cable might be that I presume exists to connect the camera and computer - we have had it for 5 years and I have never seen one! Have to dig through the cupboards!
