I want to start by saying, I feel like one of the luckiest people on the planet. I have a wonderful husband and family, beautiful home, great friends, adorable pets, and two careers that many people would kill for. I wake up every morning and give thanks.

That said, we are struggling with a serious health issue with my youngest stepson. I won't go into details at the moment, but if anyone has a spare prayer (if that's your thing), we could use some. I'm continuing my work while my husband is spending more time at home, as his son has moved back in with us for the time being, and it's stressful on all of us.

I'm praying that we can get him through this. Any good thoughts are welcome. I know how kind and supportive this community is, so I figure it can't hurt to ask. Thanks!
