OT- can you upload photos from i-phone?

Sorry to clog the forum with technical stuff, but I'm trying out my new toy. I have taken a photo, but when I hit the photo space on the forum, nothing happens. Is it possible to post photos directly, or do I need to download them to my computer first?

Great question Sharon! I have come across the same problem and have not found a solution yet. I email the pics and do it from my computer. It would be so much easier to do it from i-phone, as I take most of my pics with it. Hope someone has the answer:-)

I'm curious to see if someone knows more, but from what I've read you have to have the photo on your computer to post it on the forum. I'll keep my fingers crossed that I'm wrong. I use an app called flickr sender that uploads my iphone pics straight into flicker, and then I link to them, but I have not been able to figure out how to get them straight from my phone and onto the forum.

You do have to take the photo off the phone and put it on your computer. I can't stand fiddling around with cables and stuff, so I've been using the Dropbox app. All I have to do now is take the photo with my phone, add it to Dropbox on my phone. Then when I'm next at my computer, I open the Dropbox program there, and use that one to post to the forum. Much easier than transferring files around manually!

I don't think that's the clearest explanation, but if you look on http://www.dropbox.com it will tell you better than I can.
