- Lost ~10 pounds
- Lost 2 inches off my waist and all of my muffintop
- Lost an inch or something off other body parts like arms and legs
- Lost my "chin wattle," as my husband kindly called it
- Gained visible muscle definition
- Can now do crazyass situps, pushups, and other torturous activities
I recently stopped doing cardio outside because of the weather, but plan to join a gym and start doing 30 minutes or so when I'm not with the trainer - mostly because I'm starting to have trouble sleeping, and feel antsy, which means I should go burn that off.
