Righty-o. On day one of Body Transformation. I am encouraged to share progress with a forum, so look forward to Day One pic later. (Angie, please let me know if this is not OK.)
Right now I am on a benchmark/prep week. I am supposed to do my cardio, hit a calorie mark, and revise my diet to eat protein protein protein 6X a day. I get a special watch with a band that goes under my sports bra to monitor my heart rate and a ton of supplements (protein, muscle helpers) to start next week when "real" training begins.
They say I will lose 15 pounds and look cut when this is done. I currently have 28% body fat and it will go down to 19% or something. I don't typically use numbers as my motivator but I guess this helps them monitor.
I don't want to look like a scary hardbody, but I will NOT miss the jiggle over my waistband! Although I am also told I will need all new pants when this is done. Is it dumb to pre-mourn the pants I actually like right now?
