Callanetics is a series of at-home exercises isolating specific muscles and muscle groups. It looks similar to pilates but is in fact different. It works your muscle core, all in depth. It will give you the long, lean body of a ballerina. It is very time efficient, and extremely quick in results, but also REALLY hard. Don't despair, though. At first, it will be difficult to keep the right form, it will only be an approximation... you will still see enormous results.
I have a naturally stout, athletic muscular body; yet I'm too coquette and this is the best thing I have found so far, it has given me a longer, svelter looking body.
There are forums, monthly challenges where everyone encourages each other, supervised by an instructor. It is full of tips, very helpful.
