As my image is a painting, I guess it's possible that the flowers don't actually exist in real life, so anything close is very helpful (I'm trying to get a few names of things for when I look at wedding bouquet stuff).
I'm pretty good with flowers and these appear faked to me. The shape is dogwood-like, but the color is like coreopsis which is much more delicate.
Maybe similar to these (but they are pretty small): http://www.whiteflowerfarm.com/21510-product.html
Is it the color or the shape you like?
Carole, look at the leaves - they are thread-thin in Rae's picture. This coreopsis is called verticulata in Latin which means thread-leaved...
I have it growing in my garden
Wow, Sveta, Carole, and Diana! Those are all really good! I am definitely taking all these names with me when I go out to the flower district. Very happy, as I was pretty sure I was out of luck.
