I wasn't a Harry Potter fan. A friend suggested the first book: I took her copy to be polite, sighed internally and promptly lost the book when we moved. A few months later it reappeared and having nothing else to read, I picked it up.

It was OK. Enough that I read the second. And then the third, and became hooked. Marvelously imaginative and fun:)

So, we're excitedly going with a group of friends (ranging in age from 9 to 75) to see it Friday night.
