Funny you mention it, Paula,I have been trying to follow the plan without going to meetings and officially joining. I have all the tools from several years ago and am making attempts but haven't been very successful. I would be your virtual partner! Have you joined online or are you going to the meetings?
HI Ladies! I am going to re-start going to meetings tomorrow. A few years ago I lost 28 pounds and now I am back to that and more. But I didn't stay and become a lifetime member last time, and now I realize I will have to stay with it probably forever! I will pm you guys to touch base as to not clog up the digest. Is that ok? Sounds good to me! My name is Lori, BTW. Good luck with your meetings! I can already see what you mean about being a lifetime member. I was doing really well but then slacked off over the holidays and gained a little back. It's hard to stay on the straight and narrow!
Hi, I just became a lifetime member right after Christmas! I want to lose another 8-10 lbs, though, so I just weighed in today and was planning on doing it every week now, until I hit my next goal.
I just started up again - online only. I've done it in the past with a lot of success but let myself get sidetracked by a myriad of issues in the past 6 months.
Just recently rejoined at the start of the year for about the 5th time to lose the same 30# I lost last time. I do think this version is better/healthier - just hope it works as well.
I' ve been back on it (online only) for about a year and lost 35 lbs and then have been slacking off in logging my food so I've slipped a few lbs and am back to recording better. I'd like to lose another 10, but I know I need to add in exercise to get there and I just haven't made any time for it yet.
