Julie, I am so sorry that you are still under such a great deal of stress. I know some people are prone to discount stress as something that is artificial or that we should be able to control, but it can take a huge toll on us physically as well as mentally and emotionally. (I've been incredibly stressed for full on a year and also struggled with some intense depression, and I'm also a horrible stress eater/snacker, and essentially wreacked havoc on my body.)
Please do go see a doctor - the other girls have given you very sound and caring advice on that front. I'm especially ultra-cautious at the moment as one of my friends and coworkers recently was diagnosed with early stage ovarian cancer following a bout of suspicious bleeding, and it was truly a godsend that she went in to get it checked out early because they were able to catch it before it had spread, which is incredibly rare. I don't say that to scare you as I know it's unlikely that is what is going on; it's just that I would feel more peace of mind as someone who cares for you, and I'm sure your family certainly would as well, if you went in just to make sure that everything was okay, and possibly got some suggestions to help deal with or avoid the symptoms that you've been experiencing.
Big, big hugs to you.
