Since you all were so kind as we went through our final days with our dog Rocky, I thought you might enjoy seeing my birthday gift from my sweet, incredibly talented sister. She loved Rocky too, and had wanted to paint him for years.
So I guess it shouldn't have been such a surprise when the package with this painting showed up for my birthday. But it was such a thoughtful surprise, I'm amazed at how well she captured him. It's now hanging in our dining room right next to the door where we let the dogs in and out of the back yard.
