So how is everyone with their exercise and healthy eating habits?

I got 4 workouts In this week until Thursday when I got a bad head cold including a nasty cough. I've been a bit out of it and haven'r really worked out since.

I'm up .8 lbs. this week but think it has to the with that TOM being near and also going out the night before.

My new week starts on Saturdays. I usually weigh in and try to eat healthy the rest of the day except at one point I got really bored and started snacking. NOT GOOD. If I feel up to it tomorrow, I will go out for a run since it's supposed to be cool in the morning.
