editing at the top: I have decided to keep the pink Ted Baker tee, the blue Joie fringe cardigan, the Trouvé wet look blouse, and maybe the DVF leopard cardigan.

I am trying a different size of the burgundy Laundry jacket.

I also ordered the burgundy Vince dress to try, and also this black Rebecca Taylor dress, mostly because in my week of wearing dresses, I was reminded that RT fits me better than any others, and also that a black dress with sleeves might not be a bad thing. I feel like it would be hard to top how Viva looked in the Vince dress but I thought I'd check anyway.

All this stuff is in finds, any item not mentioned, I returned. None of it was bad, I'm trying to be super fussy.

I've collected the finds for what I ordered and received today. Later to"day I will do photos and a more detailed review. Unfortunately for my weary Nordstrom card, a lot of it looks promising.

The only thing I have completely ruled out is the IRO Ajuma jacket. I didn't like anything about it - the shape didn't suit me at all, it's an extremely heavy weight (I was thinking of it as an indoor piece) and some of the knit was already coming loose.

I've added my photos. I took the tripod out and everything, only to learn that my cheapie remote shutter died. Please note that nothing is styled, I didn't bother to wear shoes, and my hair is progressively more disordered in each photo. Please feel free to tell me your thoughts, especially if they are bad. My bank account will thank you later.

Ted Baker tee -- the colors and print are very nice. Prints are a mainstay for me. The only reason I hesitate is that I got the same shape tee in a red toucan pattern earlier this summer.

Ted Baker cardigan -- this is a very high quality piece. Even the buttons are fab. However, I did not buy this as a two piece set, because I would not get enough wear out of it. I think it would look a lot better in the full set version. It will also not be very warm in winter if worn alone or with just a camisole, because the front print pieces are cloth only. Finally, it needs a higher waist bottom piece, even if not the matching skirt.

Trouvé black shiny blouse. It looks like a cross between leather and lamè. I like it and think it will add good texture to dark outfits in the fall.

Joie skinny gray pants - I liked these better than I thought I would for such a narrow fit. The fabric quality is soft and heavy. However, I felt them sliding down due to wide waist/ narrow hips.

Joie blue fringed cardigan. I am breaking the blue ban for this one. I like the fringe because there's not too much of it. Susie I am 5'4" but do not wear petites ever because my limbs are on the long side for my height. The sleeve length suits me.

DVF leopard cardigan -- I like it, but it's still expensive and I don't know if I will wear it as much as I hope. I have another long EF cardigan that I like but have not worn as much as I expected because I feel like I am sweeping around in a cape. The colors of this one are perfect, it's something like a soft lambswool so I don't think it will be doing a lot of draping and sweeping. I will probably have to do a better styling effort before deciding.

IRO jacket -- I already said why I didn't like it.

Oops, included a picture of Reed and the Daylilies by mistake.
