Yesterday, I went to check out the All Saints sale and Mario's (local fancypants boutique) sale, but wasn't inspired by anything. I'm feeling a bit of fashion paralysis. I'm not sure where I'm going next.

Really like the sweater dress - gorgeous colour combination and blocking. It's on a great discount as well. Would you find something similar at a better price at NAS?

It sounds like your style is definitely in flux - I suspect you're getting ready for a style shift. Do you think this could be because of the change in footwear required by your health issue? Changing from heels to flats may be opening other style doors for you.

A sweater dress in your climate is always a good buy, IMO. And the sale price is great. Only you know if you'd rather save for NAS items . . . I'll admit I haven't even peeked!
I feel I have a list of things I need to complete some outfits and I've stuck pretty well to that list all year. Of course, you are much more of an emotional shopper, whereas I am more analytical. If nothing is pulling at your heartstrings, I'd say chill out until something does. And don't worry too much about 'where you are going'. Just enjoy the ride for a bit

Do you remember Memphis Design furniture from the 80's? This dress reminds me of that era, in a good way. I could see it by itself, over leggings, jeggings, leather or even a maxi skirt if it is short enough on you.

I'm too indecisive right now to take the plunge. I'm also a bit worried about the NAS. My pre-sale appointment is on 7/13. Because of lack excerise due to my back, my weight is up and nothing is looking right on me right now.
I wish I had a fashion crystal ball.

I'm there too, and I'm trying to look at it as a good thing. Usually a stage like that would have me out buying completely random items that ended up orphaned. A breather is good sometimes.
