Opinions on this jacket

I am looking for a jacket that will be stylish and somewhat waterproof.
I like the biker style of this one but I am unsure about the fabric. Do you think it looks to flashy or tacky? (I am looking at the "ink", or blue color)

Kendra, I don't know how helpful I am, but I like the structure of the puff sleeve rain jacket best. I think it's cute and guess that it's the most likely cut of these coats to flatter your shape.

The babydoll and drop waist coats are pretty shapeless and seem like they could risk making you look blocky. The vinyl jacket has an interesting cut, but at least in the photos, it looks like it would be very stiff and shiny (not the best quality material.) Maybe it's different in person, though. The raincoat with overlay has a pretty silhouette, but personally I'm wary of anything with large flaps over the bust.
