What are your opinions? Cute or not? They should be very comfortable. Are they worth the price ( appearance -wise)? Thanks!

I think they are really cute and a good bargain. Also sounds like they are possibly made with the Nike air technology. Cole Hann clothing is very expensive.

They are certainly cute. As for the appearance being worth the price, I don't know. Shoes are the price they are because of the engineering and crafting that goes into them. You can find plenty of lovely shoes for $30 or less, but they won't last long or be very comfortable. So if you're asking if you can find shoes like that for less, I am sure that you can...but they'll be lacking in other areas.

I guess I know that they are worth it, I'm just hesitant to spent that much money on them. I have a pair of flats from the same brand from last year that are by far my most comfortable shoes, I've worn them to death and they are my go to shoes whenever my ankles/knees hurt ( all that ballroom dancing, plus long hours of standing on concrete in the lab does not leave one's joints in good condition).

I guess I just wanted them to be cute enough to justify the price.

Funny, now that I have some spending money I'm doubting everything I'm attracted to if it's really worth it's price. When I don't have enough money I keep daydreaming about the same items. Maybe I'm just burned out. I'm pulling (yet another) all-nighter in my lab desperately trying to get some data for my talk tomorrow and I am basically asleep on my feet and very grumpy.
I am visiting YLF a bit here an there to keep myself awake.

I am doing nearly the same thing Tanya. I have 6 items in my shopping basket on 6pm.com and I'm deliberating ordering them even though I know I need (yes, need) shoes. I know they're all definitely worth it. They are all roughly $30 apiece, down from $80+.

And while I'm deliberating all that, I'm trying to fix up all my work and get my portfolio ready for interviews and applications, so I can get a job that will pay me money to buy shoes!

But coming here every hour or so is making it a bit more tolerable.

To conclude, I'll buy my shoes if you buy yours!

Funny how that is Maya.
Well, I'm certainly not buying my shoes tonight. BF and I are going shopping for various stuff we need for our apartment this weekend so I don't know how much I'll spend there, but it could add up to a lot. Plus, I'm waiting to receive my white skinnies from the same site, and usually when I receive something it comes with a coupon for % off the next order, so I'll wait and see. If I get the coupon and not spend too much money on the apartment, than I'll get them.

I LOVE Cole Hann shoes. They are so comfortable and so worth the price. I was actually in a Cole Hann store today and they have a sale going on. My mom bought 3 pairs of their shoes! AND, Nordstrom has their semi-annual sale right now and I tired on an amazing pair of Cole Hann peep toe heels - I opted for something else because I was looking for something specific, but I would have gotten them otherwise. Go check it out if you have the chance. If not, I support spending that money on them. They are so well made and so comfy.

I really like them. I have not been a big fan of ballet flats, or metallics, but I would buy them. I love the wedge heel, which makes me think my dislike of ballet flats is the fact that they are flat. (and I'm never crazy about the bow). So, I give these shoes two thumbs up. (good thing I have thumbs!)

Another vote for Cole Haan shoes. They are worth every penny!! They are truly comfortable and very well made shoes.

A few years back I splurged on Cole Haan air nike sandals - dressy ones - and I wore them all over the city and took them traveling with me to other countries too. They need some TLC but I think they will revive okay for this summer.

Tanya, I saw these in person at the store and they are quite cute. However, I ended up buying the pink-gold metallic ballet flats instead (because the color matches one of my fav pearl necklaces), and I wear them CONSTANTLY. They are the most comfortable flats I've ever worn.

My only concern is with Smart Bargains. Do you have luck with that site? Can you return things? I seem to recall my DH having major issues with them before, when he ordered things for xmas.

Thanks for the thumbs up Nicole! I love Cole Haan too, Shiny. I have two pairs so far, but would not mind at all if half ( or more) of my entire shoe collection was that brand.

I have had mostly good luck with Smart Bargains. I've been their customer for couple of years, and I only had to return about 10% of things I ordered. I am sorry your DH did not have such a good experience.
