(I have the same "shape" thing as you: from the front IT/hourglass interchangeable and from the back SUPER DUPER IT. Part of the reason I'm on Team Rear! Though you don't look overly IT from the back to me )
Thank you so much everyone! I went to Anthropologie today and I got the dress. I'm very excited to wear it this week, since I'm team wear. It's meant to hit 109 (eeeek)!
While I was there I tried on this dress also (I'm basically trying on every knit dress under $100 that I can find that doesn't have a surplice neckline).

Kari, thank you so much for the lovely compliment! The fitting room had *exceptionally* good lighting, I have to say. There are windows all along the ceiling that let in a lot of natural light. You should totally go for a pixie! I think it would look great on you. You are almost there now with your current cut.
