It looks fine to me. I love the fact that it's dark denin and it fits you very well!

I know what you mean. . .lived through the 80s. . .it was a good decade, but once was enough. . .

But you look good in your skinnies. The shape of the tunic on top and the tall boots on the bottom balance you nicely. Try them for a while and see if your view changes (or the soundtrack changes!).

They look a bit too loose around the knees for my taste. Have you tried sizing down?

Thanks! If I stick with this look, I may try a pair of those denim leggings that Angie mentioned in a post. I'm petite and my legs are slender but I have a tummy, so it's hard to find skinny jeans that don't end up bagging a bit on my legs, even when I get them shortened.

I like them! I agree with Shell that I'd prefer a slightly longer top with them. But all in all I think they look very nice.

I like the skinnies as is. The bagginess is part and parcel of your body type – slim, straight legs so no curve to fill them out. But you need a larger size to accommodate the waistline. That happens with most apple shaped lasses. Looks terrific!

Are they very long and do they need hemming?
