opinions needed on blue jean jacket

Sorry--I'm biased against faux fur collars. But the cut and mid-dark wash are nice.

I'd want to see what the collar looks like without the fur, wish they included a shot like that. But it does look like a good shade, and I like the cut a lot. Sigh. I keep buying and losing jean jackets! (I apparently wear them on occasions where I will be in a meeting or other gathering, and the weather doesn't remind me I left my jacket behind as I leave!)

I am not a big fan of that type of faux fur. I like it to look plush, short and velvety! The rest of the jacket is cute though.

I tried that one on! It's a nice jacket, but it wasn't right on me.

I don't know what your body type is, but on me, the cut was not good. It felt very narrow around the shoulders and neck. Lauren jackets usually fit me really well, but this one did not at all.

Also, I didn't like the fur collar on me. I have short curly hair and the fur looked really odd with my hair. (The collar is detachable.)

I did like the wash, and Lauren usually is pretty good quality. If it fits you, it's not a bad price for that brand.

Of course, it may fit you brilliantly! Can you try it on? Order and return if it doesn't work?

I like the cut - especially how flattering the back is. If this fur collar is removable then it is a winner.

You boosted my confidence and I got the jacket.
Now to figure out how/what to wear it with!

I plan to wear it without the fur, because with fur on, it reminds me of my kitty lying on my shoulders!

My main concern really was the cut and the wash/color.
Since joining YLF few months ago, I'm afraid to buy anything because of the many fashion mistakes made, and money wasted.

Purged my closet this past fall, (but not enough) and now it needs something to go in it!

Appreciate you ladies so much for your help!

p.s. Modgrl, wondering why this jacket makes better BBQ?
