Typically when I wear a patterned skirt I pick a color in the pattern and wear a top that is that shade. For the first time I wore a top that was the same base color as the skirt and am not sure if it really worked. Thoughts? Have you guys ever done this? Photo below or here: http://bit.ly/12SQmiH
