You did the right thing. It's unheard of to get a pair of Vine leather pants for $400. Major score. So envious!!

Denise, they were just $319 including tax! So, as Donna perfectly put it, in the outer realm of possibility vs total fantasy.
Diana, funny, when I put up the pic for my cream BCBG sweater, it appears the model might be wearing similar pants. Huhn. Can't wait to try - but that's still in Tahoe so I'll have to just imagine them together.

Wow! Those are great! Can't wait to see them in action!

I hope they are all you wished for!

Those are great pants. Hope they work out!

How much were they, if I may ask? I'm at work and am blocked from the site.

You are going to look so amazing in those! I'm happy for you Mo!

I am pulling for you. I hope they work out! And good job conquering the rigid one per month charge issue. It's the spirit and not the letter that counts.

I hope they work out, they look gorgeous. Sometimes you just have to own the "real" thing. I had a knock off Coach bag for a short time and the handle was weak, and the inside lining ripped so I would loose my stuff. Now I have a real one and the handle is comfy, the lining hasn't ripped, and it's going on strong... years later.

I hope it works out. I'm little worried about the sizing though.

Anna, me too. I'm just hoping skinny makes all the difference here. I'm between 27 and 28 ATM. The Vince 26 jeans I had 3 years ago were always skin tight, barely breathable. I gave them away last year to a coworker.
Fingers triple crossed.

Vince sizing is all over the place for pants. I have three pairs of their skinnies, one 28, one 29, and one 30. They all fit kind of the same; the waist is too big on all three. The 28 is older though so maybe the sizing is getting smaller, which would be good for you in this case.

Thx Diana. These are numerically sized (6).

Gorgeous! I hope these work for you!

Mo, since your weight doesn't fluctuate much (at least I don't remember you saying so on the forum), I imagine that these pants will last a very long time, since they're leather. And if you think about it, $100 for a decent pair of pants isn't a lot, so the $300 you're spending on these is just like buying three pairs of pants. So you just cool it on pants buying for a while if they work.

Is what I just described girl math?

Gigi, I only have one pair of pants on my list for the whole shopping year, so I can certainly 'cool it'! Yes, I've been with 5 pounds for a decade now. Ever since my appendix popped in '03.
I have 10 pair sitting at home in Tahoe so if I feel the need, I can 'shop' that closet on a visit and exponentially expand my pants wardrobe instantly.
