Thank you for letting us know how you are doing Tanya. You have done so well getting through this and are so close to the end now. We seem to retain much stronger memories of happiness than pain so in a short period of time, this will all be a distant memory and you although you will never forget the unpleasantness of it all, you won't remember how it felt.
I am hoping you get to that place very quickly. Hugs.
YAY !! The "burning" part is almost over. I know that for me, the exhaustion WAS worse for the 4 weeks following the radiation...but the skin issues got better ( though I had very little skin problems ). So let us hope that happens for you. Remember that your body is killing the cancer, so be patient and kind to it.
Congratulations Tanya! I am so proud of you! It is holiday time, so I know it is a bummer to, but on the positive side, it is so much cozier to stay inside curled up under a blanket with warm chocolate, a book, and lots of Netflix. It is so cold outside, anyways.
Tanya, just wanted to give a happy shout that your treatments are over! I realize you may be feeling worse over the next few weeks, but I'm just so glad that the treatments are finished and you maintained your weight. Looking forward to seeing you in the lovely green J Crew blouse.
