One Skirt - two ways:

1) Dainty & Delicate (feels like to me...)
2) Dominatrix (as per the husband )

In case it wasn't already obvious, I'm totally obsessed with this skirt. Wish they sold it in burgundy and tan!

I LOVE #1. Killer. "Dainty & Delicate" is usually my preference, so high five. Nice bookending of hair and footwear.

WOW, it looks so good on you! I can't decide which is better, the dainty way or the dominatrix way. I think the dainty way has more juxtaposition of ladylike with a hint of tough that makes it so interesting, but there's no denying that the dominatrix look is hot

Dainty and delicate looks terrific. But I can see why your husband might like the second option best.

I love both outfits! They are fantastic. #2 doesn't seem too dominatrix to me...add a colored blazer and you could probably wear it to work.

Well, these are both smashing, of course. I wonder if you can use Angie's de-bombshelling techniques for #2: White or neutral Dockers or tennis shoes? Other flats? Denim jacket? In other words, since you wear this silhouette so well, I wonder if you can wear fitted or semi-fitted tees (black or colors) with the skirt for daytime if you adjust accessories accordingly.

Both ways look great on you. I actually don't see #2 as dominatrix, although it is very sexy. Maybe a pair of cage heels would up the dom factor (although it doesn't sound like you're actually going for that look ).
