Ok, I had ordered a shirt jacket from the Zara sale...I purchased two items..enough to get complimentary shipping...One was the wrong size..."Oh", thought the naive girl,"I will just have them send me a smaller size in exchange..." Naw..doesn't quite work that way at Zara's...You return the item and then you re-order the new size...That is well and good except in my case, I had the shipping covered and have to pay shipping again on the new size..
Not a huge deal but if this had been my special store, they would have sent it to me no charge..happy to exchange...And that, my children, is why I so love Nordstrom..
