Even after my spending spree of the other day, I still had a bit left and went back over my list of items I need/want, and consulted Angie's post on how to prioritize again. I had been planning to wear some oxfords for most of our Croatia trip, but I'm not entirey sure they will be most comfy, so I chose a pair of Josef Siebel Caspians because I think they will do well for the walking. Sneakers show up in a lot of my inspiration pins, and even where they don't, I would wear them instead of heels. So, they fit in almost all the levels of Angie's priorities. I went to the mall yesterday and tried them on to be sure of size. With tax here they'd come to over $150, and I got them off eBay for $116. I love that the sole is grey too, not totally white.
I know Amy mentioned that they tore up her feet, but I thought they seemed comfy in the store, and I read so many good things about them. I hope they work out for my trip, I will wear them around here for a while before hand to break them in.
