As long as I'm thinking about colors here is another one I noticed in the 90's when I was drawing something on Microsoft Paint. I remember spending a lot of time with that program just drawing simple pictures and exploring the bright colors in it. I think I've seen a few examples of this combination but not all that many, yet it really seemed to jump out at me.
