Its a classy coat and velvet looks so rich. May be you could alter it to make it fit your silhoutte at the natural waist area. But a keep from me.....

it looks like it fits well and looks flattering in some of the pictures, but I agree that it looks a bit boxy and could benefit from a bit of tapering in the sides? I can't remember if that's something you can do yourself? Also, the scenery in your pictures is so pretty!

I like it, Mo -you know I'm a fan of boxy! In my view it could be a little more cropped - I've always loved Tanya's cropped hourglass looks, and you could modify them for our height. Vintage is not really your typical style so I'd try to modernize it with some edgier pieces.
