I ordered this jacket off of Angie's list for my daughter for Christmas.

I did not receive a confirmation for it so I checked my card and noticed I had 3 pending charges for the same jacket. I contacted Macy's customer service. The young man I spoke to was wonderful. He voided the charges told me there was a problem with the online ordering of the jacket. He then tracked the jacket down at a store for me.
The customer service I received from Macy's on this was wonderful. I was impressed to know that it still exist! I'm a happy customer and hopefully my daughter will love the jacket.
