In Quebec some shoppers have had the unfortunate surprise of being pricked by bloodied syringes maliciously hidden pointing up in the pocket of hung clothes in retail stores. You can't make up that stuff. But what is much worse, is that managers who discovered the needles hadn't declared it by fear of loosing sales! Now THAT is criminal IMO.
