I recently bought this top from RW & Co (Canadian brand). It's more olive than in the pictures, but it's mesh and has fun draping and ruching on one side. I like the marbling of the pattern. (Sorry, no picture of me wearing it right now.) I like how they paired it with black to match the model's hair. My hair is dark too and I wear it with a non-pleated, black tennis skirt and in the fall with black pants.
