Hi everyone - I have to look around the forum some more, so I don't know if anyone here now remembers me, but I was a regular poster about a year or 18 months ago. YLF really helped me find my style again after a few years of constant pregnancy and nursing, and that style evolution really kicked off a huge overall evolution for me!

For those of you who were around back then, here's a quick update:

- I got really into collecting and wearing vintage fashion

- I started singing with a band! After years of singing in choirs and wishing I had the nerve to do more, I ended up singing with a friend's classic rock band for 6 months and found I was much better than I ever thought. It was a huge, HUGE confidence booster and I made a ton of new friends. I'm now singing in a new band featuring my husband on bass - it's sort of an alt-country/rockabilly sound (all covers).

- I pierced my nose and loved it, but had a few problems with the piercing and had to take it out. I'm waiting a little while but planning to do it again.

- My husband and I just decided that he would accept a job offer in Austin, Texas (we live outside D.C. right now). We'll be moving in late March, provided everything goes well. I'm nervous but really, really excited.

I have some questions about some style changes I want to make in the new year, but I'm going to poke around and see what's going on here first. Hi to all the newcomers and to my old YLF friends!
