By the way, a lot of retailers call this color "petrol" if you want to do a search. (Sometimes it returns teal things as well, but you know me, I'm not going to have a problem with that!)

JAileen, I tried those! They were too narrow. Also I think the darker color is more my style.

Diana, great tip!

No idea where to buy or about the finish. And they are $385 (gulp). Am going to keep my eye out for other versions!

Oh.. those are pretty! If you're into nail polish I would highly recommend that you wear a holographic polish to match your amazing shoes.

These are awesome. I saw some Rebecca Minkoff pumps last year in a similar finish but thought the heel was too high and didn't bite. These on the other hand look quite comfy!

I swear I posted to this thread earlier, but it seems to have disappeared. Grrr!
Anyway, I had wanted to say that Stuart Weitzman has some things with this finish, too.

It looks a little strange in the picture, but I've seen it in person, and it's a gorgeous example of that oil slick finish.
