I went to Loft today to sort out my shedding sweater issues. Some of you gals are such pessimists!

I had two of the same sweater with me: One XS which was too tight, and the S that I bought to replace it, which is the one that shed all over me. They took back both sweaters with no fuss at all, and even refunded the shipping for both.

So :p

In total I got back close to $90, so this was no small thing.
