FedEx, actually, but I don't think they're in any musicals.

Overall, I'm doing ok with the weight loss/body reshaping, but instead of one last big push before the wedding (and possibly last family photos--sounds macabre, but my parents won't live forever), I've slacked off in the past couple weeks. I'm not hating on myself here, but it does complicate shopping by mail.

The Life is Good pjs are about perfect for both of us. Yay!

The tencil palm tree pants are cute, but a little too snug. I'm keeping them to wear after the trip, when I'm a little slimmer (goal is 27" or 28" waist, 20% body fat or less, probably 140-something). So I need to change out my airplane game plan, but think I need a primer on skinny straps first. (LeDonna, Jenny NZ, Bueller? Bueller?) Does the black dress/blanket sweater combo work for the flight?

It's too hot and I'm too whiney to try on the dress and topper together, but here are the colors together. The blue Nordis cardies both clash with the dress so badly it makes my teeth hurt.

The backup dress, sadly, is too snug.

I'm not sure what to do with the blue and white top. It is jersey, instead of the crisp shirt fabric I expected. I don't think it works with the bike shorts, but maybe with the pants. This is a petite size. The standard size is 2" longer, but was only available in black. I'm not sure if I want to keep it, exchange for the black, or give up altogether. "Cute little bug" is not a look I was going for.

My son says I look unhappy in these pix, except that in the last one with the sweater, I look pregnant and scared. I am none of the above, just have a headache waiting for the afternoon thunderstorm to drop the air pressure, and didn't sleep last night. I'm about to throw a bunch of clothes into a bag, take him to basketball practice (& work out), get my stuff from the neighbor's garage, finish packing, and hope I can sleep decently tonight. Look for an urgent post from me soon, figuring out a rehearsal dinner outfit for Friday night.
