*sheepish*

I have not been good about upkeeping my waves. The method I was using ultimately wasn't working. I don't think I can figure it out myself, so I booked an appointment at Arrojo Studio this Friday to see if they could help (yes, as in Nick Arrojo...although I certainly don't have the $500 to see him personally). For now I am just washing it (conditioner only every other day), and pulling a wide tooth comb. No product, no styling. It neither feels nor looks great, but it doesn't seem to feel or look great anyway so it seems reasonable to put the minimum amount of effort.

While I was hoping for long hair that I could wear in different ways, I am starting to feel that my hair is just not in good enough condition or thick enough for it

I also seriously need of intervention with my bangs. My hair isn't thick enough to support such a heavy, blunt style. I am willing to give them one last shot before growing them back out, but I'm not quite sure what else to do. They tend to clump together and get sloppy easily due to a very strong cowlick.

Anyway, I really like this style but since I am not too familiar with my new hair texture, I'm not sure if I can get it quite this wavy. I am also not Audrey Tautou, who looks utterly darling in everything...and has an army of professional stylists by her side.

Other pictures/suggestions (anywhere between chin length and shoulder length) are more than welcome.
