Greg, Off Topic is still visible from my Android phone even when I am not logged in to YLF. I have the Feedly app and when I tapped the Visit Website button on the YLF screen of the app, I could access Off Topic from the little icon folder on the Forum page. FYI I do not have the YLF app itself on my phone. Hope this is clear!
