Angie, so sorry to read this!
I feel your pain. I'm very prone to RSI but I've had it well under control for over 10 years now. There's all sorts of things you can do to get back to work without injuring yourself. Rest up, get plenty of exercise, and find a practitioner who understands your complaint. Get Greg to PM me if you think I can be of any help.
