Has anyone else signed up for the New York Times 30-Day Well Challenge?

I came across this at Passage des Perles. You don't need a digital subscription to sign up and get an email every day of the challenge. It starts Jan 28.

15 minutes a day, different assignments every day, and you track your progress. First assignment is to write yourself a letter.

I've done some tracking programs--Weight Watchers and My Fitness Pal, but this one seems to be a different approach. So I signed up.
