I added in three pieces in November which brings my yearly total to 37 pieces.

I was aiming for 30 so I went over.  There were a few impulse buys both new and thrifted.  Some of these have been a success and some a bit of a dud.

The 37 comprise

  • 11 second hand items
  • 26 new items
Of the 26 new items
  • 4 were made locally (by a friend)
  • 2 are NZ Designer (made in China)
  • 1 was Australian designed and made
  • 2 are Danish designed (Noa Noa)
  • 7 were bought overseas on holiday
  • 1 was imported from the US (EF Sandals)
  • 6 five items of gear (Adidas and Asics and Luluemon)
  • 4 miscellaneous or unsure (a teeshirt, sunglasses, beach cover up,
Of the 37, 3 were mistakes/duds
  • a cable knit jumper that I have thrifted
  • a poor quality striped tee that stretched out
  • a dress my friend made that sadly I do not like and will donate unworn.
I am yet to wear one belt and one blazer.

The MVP of the additions are (Shown below)

  • gold bomber
  • both bags
  • white sneakers
  • all the gear
  • EF sandals
  • the black jumpsuit has been worn six times already and has another party lined up next weekend!
Here is a link to the collection (one pair of runners is not added in, nor a beach cover, nor the dress I don't like)

The newest additions (also shown below) in November were the White tailored pants and a long blazer.  Both are designers and impeccably made.  I will probably change the buttons on the blazer.  I purchased them at the Dress for Success Sale.  The blazer is an autumn winter weight and a perfect fit.

I am not planning any more clothes shopping for me in December. I will be back at some stage with some goals for 2020.

I have had some great ideas to lift my winter game which I am looking forward to implementing.

Here is a WIW - nothing new here but off to a housewarming!!

And a photo of Natalie Portman and a hairstyle I am considering.

Thanks for reading.
