Be sure to tell your dry cleaner that it is a flip collar. My cleaners pressed my collar down in the wrong direction. I am trying not to get too angry about it because I understand that it's not really clear from looking at the jacket which way the lapels should go. They used an industrial press to iron it down. I hope they can unpress it without ruining the fabric. So sad, I love this jacket and it is basically unwearable now.
